I am in charge of operation and maintenance for facilities such as a net making machines and winding machines. We are proud of that his company has the world’s largest number of machines and equipment diversity in the knotless net making industry and also making the nets with multi-variety, multi-standard and small lot methods.

Our plant has many types of machines from classic machines to the latest machines and the maintenance contents are also various. It is necessary to carry out proper maintenance and repair according to the different situation, but if this does not go well then it will put a halt to our production. The important thing is how to perform preventive maintenance produce high-quality nets while increasing the production efficiency.
